In this section, we like to conserve the essence of the traditional butcher, therefore our customers can select from the finest quality meats and choose the cut required. We must mention our red meats, considered to be amongst the best in the world...Irish Black Angus noted for it´s flavor and smooth texture, Lomo Alto from the Argentine, the juicy Angus Nebraska with it´s distinctive colour, and not least our own beef with D.O. from Valle del Eslas. National produce such as the T-Bone Steak (popular in the US), sausages, kid and of course, Spring lamb. Amongst our specialities, Amercan Fillet, ideal as an entrée, a large variety of steaks, Philadelphia roulades, steak tartar, meats for the griddle, and kogel or Beefsteak prepared for cooking on stone. Many of our prepared meats are also pork such as Cordon Blue, varied fillings and stuffing for rolled meats, pancetta, escallops in breadcrumbs, etc., and the marinade pancettas and meats barbecue, plus an infinite range of kebabs.
